- A page that will not load or looks wrong
- Reload it first. If the fault continues, report it through Corrections, naming the page.
- A factual or scientific error
- Report it through Corrections, with the affected page, what appears wrong, and a source or reproducible example.
- A security vulnerability
- Report it privately to security@opendeco.net, under the vulnerability disclosure policy.
